Terra Bella is within a short drive to some of finest shopping centers and specialty boutiques in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex including Southlake Town Square, Historic Downtown Grapevine, The Dallas Galleria and NorthPark Center.

Southlake Town Square is a 130-acre, mixed-use development with 90 popular and high-end stores, office space, restaurant, entertainment, residential and governmental uses. Southlake Town Square has become the downtown for Southlake, a central business district for Northeast Tarrant County, and the community’s gathering place. Opened in March 1999, the Town Square currently encompasses 10 city blocks covering 54 acres. It is also home to a variety of annual events and entertainment activities.

Historic Downtown Grapevine offers shopping, dining, entertainment and activities year-round that appeal to people of all ages. Grapevine's historic downtown district reflects architectural style and beautiful designs of earlier days. Today, there are a varied collection of shops from colorful boutiques, wineries & tasting shops, antiques and Texas specialty stores. 

Dallas Galleria is truly a unique urban marketplace as more than 200 of the most celebrated shops from around the world along with spectacular restaurants and eateries surround an impressive ice rink.  The Galleria is a genuine Dallas experience, offering world-class shopping at its best.

NorthPark Center is an upscale shopping mall with more than 235 stores and four anchors. Originally developed by Raymond D. Nasher, NorthPark opened in 1965 and for more than 40 years has maintained its popularity as a comprehensive asset to the community. With over 25 million visitors annually, NorthPark Center has consistently been named the top attraction in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It is the largest mall in North Texas and second largest in Texas.

The Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex is home to some of the most exciting sports and entertainment venues in the country. From four major sports teams, the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers and Stars, to the Texas Motor Speedway and Lone Star Park, sports fans will revel in the numerous outstanding sports settings.

For family fun, Six Flags in Arlington provides world class entertainment for families with cutting edge, record-shattering roller coasters and specialty programs. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, the largest water park in North Texas, includes a variety of body slides, speed slides, tube slides, wave pools, lazy rivers, and shopping areas. For animal lovers, both Dallas and Fort Worth offer world-class zoos with native and exotic exhibits.

For the golfer, the Dallas/Ft. Worth area is home to some of the most spectacular and renowned courses in the country such as TPC Four Seasons Golf Course in Las Colinas, Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, Tour 18 in Flower Mound and Tierra Verde in Arlington, to name a few.
